SERAMBINEWS.COM, LOS ANGELES – US singer and songwriter, Britney Spears selling at a loss a unit of his Los Angeles home, United States of America (AS).
Britney originally bought house in Baverly Hills, Los Angeles in 2007 ago.
He bought it for 6.75 million US dollars.
But, in 2012, Brtney had to sell his home at a loss.
In 2012, the house was sold to Australian venture capitalist Jeff Friedmann.
Friedmann bought it at a much cheaper price of only 4.3 million US dollars.

Friedmann immediately made some changes to the property.
