British Army Twitter and YouTube accounts hacked, media say

Moscow, Jul 3 (Sputnik) .- The accounts of the United Kingdom Army on Twitter and YouTube were hacked, a representative of the British Armed Forces reported, quoted by the Daily Mail newspaper.

“We are aware of the hacking of the Army accounts on Twitter and YouTube, an investigation is underway. We take computer security very seriously and we are solving the problem,” he said.

The newspaper indicates that the name of the Army account on Twitter changed several times and links to non-fungible token (NFT) raffles were published on it.

Broadcasts about cryptocurrencies began on the Army’s YouTube channel. (Sputnik)
