Breathing new life into the economy

Libreville, Wednesday August 16, 2023 (Gabon Info) – The teacher from Omar Bongo University in Libreville aims to boost growth.

Independent candidate, Albert Ondo Ossa is on his second attempt at the presidential election. As part of the election on August 26, this former Minister of Higher Education under Omar Bongo Ondimba has built his social project around “Real Politik”. According to the professor emeritus at the Faculty of Economics of the Omar Bongo University in Libreville, this concept “consists of taking into account the interests of all the partners who intervene in Gabon, without harming the legitimate aspirations of our population: democracy and well-being”. To his compatriots whose votes he is soliciting, he aims to restore their dignity to the Gabonese people and power on the ballot.

The economics teacher says his only opponent is the outgoing president. “I’m not afraid of any competitor. It’s daring, but it’s the truth. My only challenger is Ali Bongo Ondimba,” he says. Albert Ondo Ossa says he wants to give the Gabonese people the possibility of sanctioning the leaders and setting up school and university infrastructures. For him, Gabon will only be developed by well-trained men. It thus plans to focus on the development of health and transport infrastructure and aims to clean up the business environment to boost growth.
