Since the crimes within the scope of the investigation against “Insult”, “Damage to property” and “Deliberate simple injury” were among the crimes subject to mediation, his file was sent to the Conciliation Office prosecutor’s office by the prosecutor’s office conducting the investigation.
A mediator was appointed to the file by the Conciliation Office. The mediator is expected to send an invitation to the parties in the coming days and invite them to the courthouse to ask whether they want to compromise.
