The National Council of Health Secretaries (Conass) of Brazil confirmed in the last 24 hours 47,774 new infections and 1,290 more deaths due to Covid-19
With these new figures, Brazil already accumulates 11.99 million positive cases and 294,042 deaths since the start of the pandemic.

To the uncontrolled increase in cases and deaths of Covid-19 due to the lack of a national policy to deal with the pandemic, is added the lack of medicinal oxygen in most of the country to care for infected patients.
The governors warned about the possibility of a “collapse within the collapse” that the public health system is already experiencing, as a result of the explosion of infections.
