“I’m looking forward to racing in Spielberg. Now I understand better how I have to get on the bike,” Bradl, 30, said. In Brno, he was just getting used to the new machine and finished last in 18th place. “I’m sure I’ll be more competitive this weekend and I can get closer to the regular MotoGP riders,” he added.
Márquez interrupted the season due to injuries from Jerez, where he broke his humerus during a fall in the Spanish Grand Prix. He had to give up trying to return immediately because of the pain, instead undergoing a second operation and replacing a cracked titanium plate that fixed his bone. According to the Spanish media, he will have a break of several weeks.
