Bouygues Télécom has once again increased the bill for certain subscribers. This time, the operator revised the price of B & You 20 GB packages upwards in exchange for 20 GB of additional 4G data. To take advantage of this, the ISP asks its customers to pay 8.99 euros per month, against 4.99 euros currently. Fortunately, it is possible to refuse this offer and keep your current plan. For a few days, Bouygues Telecom report B & You 20 GB plan subscribers a new price increase by SMS, by email or by post. In its email, the operator suggests to the customers concerned to increase the available data envelope from 20 GB to 40 GB in France. For its part, the amount of data offered in EU countries and French overseas departments and territories will drop from 3 to 5 GB.
Obviously, this gesture is accompanied by a price increase. Subscribers will now pay 8.99 euros per month, against € 4.99 currently, an increase of 80% of the initial price. The changes announced by Bouygues will come into effect on the first day of August 2020. On social networks, there is no shortage of testimonies from tired customers, especially since it is a common practice for operator. Beginning of the year, Bouygues has already increased the limited edition B & You 20 GB by € 2 before’impose a 60% increase on certain customers.
How to refuse the increase in the package before August 1, 2020?
As Bouygues specifies, it is possible to refuse the increase and stick to its current B & You 20 GB plan at 4.99 euros per month. To do this, simply go to your customer area on the Bouygues website via the refusal link which is indicated in the email. If this link does not work, here is the maneuver to follow:

Attention, it is imperative to act before August 1st. According to certain testimonies, Bouygues also currently requires certain subscribers to B & You 60 GB package at € 16.99 an increase of 3 euros. In exchange, customers get 20 GB of additional data in France. To refuse the offer, we invite you to follow the maneuver indicated above without delay.
