Bosowa Founder Aksa Mahmud Sued Rp. 7 Trillion

SuaraSulsel.id – The Central Jakarta District Court received the Qatar National Bank QPSC formerly SAQ lawsuit against the Founder Bosowa Aksa Mahmud, with his three sons.

The contents of the petitum or the thing that is requested by the plaintiff is to accept and grant the plaintiff’s claim completely.

The plaintiff stated that the defendants had committed an act of injuring the promise (wanprestasi) on the bail acts.

The Plaintiff asked to sentence the defendants either jointly or individually to pay all of their obligations to the plaintiffs amounting to USD 352,906,689.53 (for Facility A).

And USD 131,512,474.23 (for Facility B) plus an annual interest of 6.3693 percent.

If converted to rupiah, at the current exchange rate of around Rp. 14,500 per USD 1, facility A will be Rp. 5.1 trillion. Meanwhile, for facility B as much as Rp 1.9 trillion.
