The Head of the National Disaster Mitigation Agency (BNPB), TNI Suharyanto, has given Rp.500 million ($38,000) to landslide victims in South Bogor District, West Java. The funds were symbolically handed over to Bogor Deputy Mayor Dedie A. Rachim at the evacuation site. The ready-to-use funds are intended to accelerate the process of searching, helping and evacuating the four residents who are still buried under the avalanche materials.
