Blue Bird Announces Reshuffle of Board of Directors and Commissioners

Jakarta – PT Blue Bird Tbk (BIRD) recently held its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS), where significant changes were approved in the company’s board of directors and commissioners. The shareholders agreed to honorably dismiss Sigit Priawan Djokosoetono as President Director and appointed Adrianto Djokosoetono as his replacement, according to the Disclosure of Information released on Monday (26/6/2023).

Adrianto Djokosoetono, who previously served as the Vice President Director of Blue Bird, will now take on the role of Deputy Main Director, while Sigit Priawan Djokosoetono assumes the position of Deputy Main Director. Adrianto is the third generation of the Blue Bird family and the son of Purnomo Prawiro, one of the children of Blue Bird’s founder, Djokosoetono. He also holds the position of General Chair of Organda for the 2021-2026 period. Adrianto, also known as Andre, is married to well-known Indonesian actress Titi Rajo Bintang.

In addition to the reshuffle of directors, changes were made to the composition of the commissioners. Bayu Priawan Djokosoetono was appointed as the Main Commissioner, replacing Noni Sri Ayati Purnomo. Sri Adriyani Lestari, previously filled by Kresna Priawan Djokosoetono, now serves as the Deputy Main Commissioner. Kresna remains in the ranks of commissioners as a Commissioner.

In addition to the changes in the Board of Directors, the shareholders also agreed to dismiss Farid Azis and Devi Susan as members of the Board of Commissioners. Their positions will be taken over by Adji Gunawan and Novita Nurmasyita.

Adji Gunawan, who previously served as the Independent Commissioner, will now hold the position of President Commissioner. Novita Nurmasyita, who has extensive experience in finance, will become a member of the Board of Commissioners.
