Blood Donors Urgently Needed in Chihuahua, Mexico

Chihuahua, Chih.- The support of the Chihuahuan society is requested to obtain blood donors, of any kind, for Juan Alberto Parga Aldaco, who is admitted to the Presidente Lázaro Cárdenas hospital, ISSSTE. He was asked for 10 donors, and he only has five.

It can be of any type of blood, people who want to help can come from Monday to Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 a.m., with a valid official photo ID, face mask, and mention the patient’s full name.

It is not necessary to go fasting, they can consume coffee, tea, fruit and plenty of liquids, however it is recommended to bring juice to drink before donating.

REQUIREMENTS TO DONATE BLOOD:

– Be over 18 years old and under 65

– Weigh more than 50 kilos and less than 120 kilos

– Not having any infectious process (flu, diarrhea or skin lesions)

– Not having had hepatitis after the age of 10

– Not having had a tattoo, acupuncture or piercing in the last year

– If you are diabetic or hypertensive (high blood pressure) with treatment, it will depend on the medical assessment

– Not be pregnant or lactating
