“Black, go to your land” may not be enough to prove that racism killed Bruno Candé | Racism

There were several inhabitants and traders in Moscavide listening to the man suspected of having shot mortally at Bruno Candé, in the previous days, making racist insults against the actor: “Black man, go to your land!”. But what in the eyes of the ordinary citizen and also of several commentators was seen as unmistakable evidence that the murder that took place a little more than a week ago had its origin in racial hatred may not necessarily lead to the same conclusion in court.
