Head of the National Civil Service (BKN) Bima Haria Wibisana suddenly explained the meaning of the question Pancasila or the Qur’an on the National Insight Test (TWK) for KPK employees. Explanation BKN surprising because he had claimed that he was not authorized to explain TWK material to the public.
Initially, Bima said the question was due to the results of the state moderation index (IMB-68) and poor profiling.
“This is actually a tough question. If someone is asked by an assessor to choose the Koran or Pancasila, then he is in the heavy category,” he said in Jakarta, Saturday as reported by Antara, Sunday (20/6/2021).
Bima said that the question was used by assessors because the question was most often used by terrorists to recruit potential terrorists.
Therefore, the assessors will see the responses of the participants of the national insight test (TWK) who are asked about choosing Pancasila or the Koran.
Bima said that if someone had a limited understanding of religion or Pancasila, they would quickly answer religion. However, if the participant has a better understanding of religion, he will be confused because in religion there are elements of Pancasila and Pancasila also does not conflict with religion.
“So this confusion is what the assessor catches until he knows what level someone is at,” said Bima.
Bima emphasized that the meaning of the question of choosing Pancasila or the Koran in TWK was not really a matter of Pancasila or religion. The question, said Biman, was more about seeing the responses from the participants.
“It should be noted that what assessors really want to see is the response to the question, not the answer,” he said.
Unauthorized BKN
Previously, Bima had claimed that his party did not have the authority to discuss TWK material openly because it was considered to violate the assessor’s code of ethics.
“I am not authorized to discuss TWK material openly because it involves the assessor’s code of ethics and the material is what is excluded by the KIP (Public Information Disclosure) Law. Please let the media perceive it that way,” Bima said to detikcom, Tuesday (1/6/2021).
Bima said that his party had complete documents in the employees’ TWK. The documents include written tests, profiling, and video or audio recordings during interviews with KPK employees.
“We have complete documents for the written test, profiling, and video or audio recordings of interviews for every KPK employee who took the test,” said Bima.
