WARTAKOTALIVE.COM, JAKARTA – The National Civil Service Agency (BKN) explains how to fill in the blank formations at 2019 CPNS from SKB 2019 CPNS participants who failed or failed to compete when integrating SKD and SKB values.
This is part of the optimization of the blank formation carried out by BKN.
“So according to the Deputy yesterday, after integrating the SKD and SKB values, the empty formation can be optimized by taking the best rank but not qualifying as a civil servant. Of course with the same qualifications,” said the Head of the Public Relations Bureau of BKN, Paryono, when contacted by Warta Kota, Friday (7/8/2020).

There is a mathematics teacher formation at SMPN 1 with a formation of 2 people. But those who passed the SKB were 6 people. Then there is a math teacher position at SMPN 2 with the formation of 1 person, but none of them pass the SKB. So for optimization, it can be filled with the best participants who registered at SMPN 1.
This means that there are 2 main requirements so that you can fill in the empty formation if you lose to compete in the 2019 CPNS SKB.
First, the positions must have the same educational qualifications.
Second, the person who is elected is the one in the highest rank among the participants who failed the selection in the previous position formation.
