A preview of what will happen in the next evening episode of the Turkish soap broadcast on Canale 5
In the next episode of Bitter Earth (Bir Zamanlar Çukurova), broadcast on Saturday 3 February on Canale 5, after Fikret’s proposal to Betul, Sermin wants to organize an engagement party to demonstrate to the inhabitants of Cukurova that the future spouses love each other and are happy. Fikret, however, is far from calm: he does not want to marry Betul because he is in love with Zuleyha.
Meanwhile, Abdulkadir orders Vahap to return to Izmir, given that his actions have damaged relations with his accomplice Hakan-Mehemet.
The engagement party is much appreciated by all the guests and Hakan-Mehemet also participates, invited by the mayor, who shakes Fikret’s hand. But while everyone is at the party, Vahap breaks into the Yaman estate: when Gaffur goes to the kitchen to eat something, he hears suspicious noises upstairs and decides to go and check.
In the episode broadcast on Friday 2 February, however, Sermin is beside himself due to the delay of the groom’s family and, due to the strong tension inside the house, a furious argument breaks out with Betul.
Eventually, Cetin finds Fikret and convinces him to take up his responsibilities.
