PT KAI (Persero) held the Merdeka Promo Ticket program. Ticket price car big discounts starting at the cheapest Rp. 17,000 one way.
From Daop 1 Jakarta, in total there are 26 trains departing from Gambir Station and Pasar Senen which are included in the Merdeka Promo ticket program with executive class fares starting at Rp. 170,000, business at Rp. 77,000, and economy at Rp. 17,000.
“Promo tickets are sold in a certain amount, in total at the Merdeka Promo, KAI provides 7,000 tickets including for departures from Daop 1 Jakarta,” said Head of Public Relations of PT KAI Daop 1 Jakarta Eva Chairunisa in a written statement, Monday (8/8/2022).

You can order tickets for the Merdeka Promo from 7 August to 17 August 2022 for train departures on 8 – 11 August and 15 – 17 August 2022. This promo is only valid for purchases through the KAI Access application.
The routes that get promos include Jakarta – Surabaya pp, Jakarta – Malang pp, Jakarta – Solo pp, Jakarta – Semarang pp, Jakarta – Jombang pp, and others.
