The cadastral map and cadastral registers will be created, maintained and stored in digital form, provide for changes in the Law on the cadastre and the property register, submitted by the Council of Ministers to the National Assembly.
The aim is to implement a new approach in the provision of services with cadastral, geodetic and specialized data. Part of the changes are aimed at reducing the administrative burden for citizens and businesses by strengthening the role of the electronic document, free provision of services to administrative and judicial bodies, to persons with public functions and to organizations providing public services, such as internal electronic administrative services, reported the financial portal pariteni.bg.
The Agency for Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre will issue electronic documents, which can be printed on paper upon request. The electronic documents issued by the agency will have a code, through which anyone who has it will be able to check the availability and validity of the document in the information system of the cadastre. When applying for administrative services, applicants must identify themselves, and in the case of applying for services electronically, the identification will be carried out in accordance with the Law on Electronic Government.
A fee will be charged for the documents provided to users. The paper copy will have the force of an official document and will not be subject to certification, the changes also state.
The Agency for Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre provides digital copies of the materials and data stored in the Geocart Fund free of charge to the administrative bodies.
The requirement that the cadastral map and cadastral registers be drawn on polyester non-deformable material when creating them is removed. Due to the continuous updating of the data contained in the KKKR, very soon after drawing the polyester non-deformable fabric, they lose their relevance. Drawing is not necessary and leads to costs of funds to create and store the printout, it is written in the reasons for the project.
