US President Joe Biden said the International Criminal Court’s warrant for the arrest of Vladimir Putin was justified because the Russian president had committed war crimes.

Details: Biden noted that the decision of the court in The Hague to issue a warrant is a “very strong position.”
However, he noted that the United States is not a member of the ICC.
