“Best Value Gaming and Development Desktops: AMD or Intel, mITX or mATX”

Come on!

It’s that time of the decade when you need a new computer. My old can from 16 and stands for death. Soon transferred to NAS.

So, I need a new desktop that I can use for gaming and development (both multiple VM’s and rendering). The jar doesn’t have to be a bad thing, I mostly want to get value for money. I already have a small 4070 as my old 1070 gave up.

I was also thinking of trying to run a smaller chassis, mATX or mITX. I stuck a bit with a B760 card because I didn’t see any point with a Z790, and so it turned out to be a slightly larger chassis than I had originally intended. Please correct me if I missed something. AMD or Intel doesn’t really matter but I thought the 13700k looked ‘affordable’.
