Zhou Weimin, a first-level inspector of the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism, said that during the New Year’s Day and the Spring Festival, people entering Beijing from low-risk areas need to hold Beijing Health Pack to stay in hotels and country houses. Beijing will continue to suspend inbound and outbound tourism business. Religious sites take measures such as real-name appointments, total volume control, entrance inspections, and time-sharing flow restrictions to strictly control the scale of activities such as incense and blessing to prevent crowds.
