Beef consumption decreased by almost 8% compared to 2019

At the same time, from the CICCRA they pointed out that between September 2021 and September of this year the prices of the cuts of meat increased less than the general level of the CPI. In this regard, asado increased by 66.9% annually, ground beef by 66.8%, shoulder by 65.0%, rump by 67.4% and buttock by 67.3%. Industry analysis
