Beck partners with NASA for Hyperspace visual album

As the shooting star season is in full swing, Beck invites us to dive head first into the cosmos with a new illustrated version of his album Hyperspace carried out in collaboration with the NASA! Entitled Hyperspace : A.I. Visual Exploration, we find there the 11 songs of the disc accompanied by striking images from some of the most famous missions of the American space agency.

Produced by Osk, this extraordinary video series uploaded to YouTube uses artificial intelligence to set to music visuals from the Hubble telescope, the Landsat 8 satellite on the international space station and a mission from the Solar Dynamics Observatory.

Launched last November, Hyperspace is the 14e Beck’s studio album. Co-produced with Pharrell Williams, this record by the 50-year-old American singer-songwriter contains, among other things, Dark Places and Uneventful Days which had already been the subject of music videos, as well as a collaboration with Chris Martin of Coldplay called Stratosphere.
