Bartosz Zmarzlik won the speedway Grand Prix in Toruń and became the individual speedway world champion for the fourth time. The silver medal was won by Swede Fredrik Lindgren, and the bronze by Slovak Martin Vaculik.
In the final of the Toruń competition, 28-year-old Zmarzlik overtook Lindgren, Dane Leon Madsen and Patryk Dudek.
Zmarzlik won previous titles in 2019, 2020 and 2022. On Saturday, he won the 23rd GP tournament of his career.
