“We have already been deceived with the Minsk agreements, when Ukraine and its Western leaders deliberately played for time in order to give Kyiv to prepare. Prepare the armed forces, send a sufficient number of weapons and equipment there. Thus, how not to fall into the trap again when negotiations are started.
