Banksy’s new artwork in Bristol, England, has been vandalized within 48 hours. An unknown person has sprayed over the drawing with pink paint.
In the drawing a girl with a slingshot shoots flowers. The artwork was applied on Thursday, but only a day later was it confirmed that Banksy was the maker.
On the girl is now the text “BCC wankers”. The flowers, which are higher on the wall, are still in their original state. The drawing is on the wall of a home in Barton Hill, an area east of Bristol city center.
The residents do not know who made the text. The family previously told local media that they want to keep the artwork so that everyone can enjoy it.
