The club gave that on Tuesday evening on its Website known.
“Stefan Effenberg told us that we wanted to leave the club. We responded to this request,” said KFC managing director Nikolas Weinhart there.
He continued: “We thank him for his commitment and commitment and wish him only the best for the future.”
The “Tiger” himself said: “It was an interesting and informative time at KFC Uerdingen. We have achieved a lot together. I wish KFC the best of luck and success.”
Why he made this decision in the middle of the Corona crisis remains puzzling for the time being.
