The sold out “inside tours” were priced at 100 each. pounds or 150 pcs. pounds including afternoon: tea.

The tours are advertised as a “historic flight through some of Balmoral Castle’s most beautiful rooms, taking you back in time” from the Victorian era to the present day.

In September 2022, Queen Elizabeth II was photographed in the drawing room at Balmoral as she awaits Conservative leader Liz Treas, who was about to become Prime Minister and form a government.

Two days later, on September 8, the Queen died.
