In this spring of 2022, it’s an OM made in Paris that presents itself at the Parc des Princes. Five Marseille players grew up a few kilometers from the Parisian enclosure, in Blanc-Mesnil, Bondy, Saint-Germain-en-Laye, Vitry-sur-Seine or Paris. A situational phenomenon? Not so sure. The richness of the Paris basin has not escaped Marseille recruiters. Shortly after his arrival, Pablo Longoria made this clear to his teams. OM must be dominant in their region but above all must not refrain from picking among the young people of Île-de-France.
