This Sunday, September 20, Bad Bunny did his big back on stage during an exceptional concert broadcast live on the music application Uforia d’Univision. And the least we can say is that the Puerto Rican singer has not done things by halves. Indeed, on the roof of a truck driving the Big Apple, the artist literally brought New York traffic to a halt in the Bronx to Washington Heights via Harlem. “It was difficult for me to do a concert without an audience. I didn’t want to”, Bad Bunny said during the show, according to the words of Billboard. “But I accept this new reality (linked to the coronavirus, editor’s note) and I hope people will appreciate it. We need it”, he continued.
OMG. Bad Bunny just went under a bridge, ducking while he raps on the top of a flatbed truck is being escorted through the Bronx. This was the surprise/production I didn’t have time to get obsessed or prepared for. pic.twitter.com/OvQ7R7T0cV

During this concert, which started outside Yankee Stadium, Bad Bunny was able to sing the songs of his album YHLQMDLG released last february, like the tubes If I See Your Mom, The Difficult or But not anymore, among others. She performance ended outside Harlem Hospital, where the rapper thanked medical staff on the front lines during the coronavirus crisis. He then performed his song I Perreo Alone. “Respect and thank you to these people who sacrificed their lives in this city”Bad Bunny told the crowd. “I feel good things are happening. I know we are going through very difficult times. I’ve made thousands of mistakes but my only mission is to try to be a better person every day “, he concluded.
