In the afternoon, a weak to moderate north-westerly wind will also blow. The maximum temperatures in the country will rise and will be between 16°C and 22°C.
The weather in Sofia

In the afternoon, cumulus-rain clouds will develop and in many places, mainly in the mountainous regions of Central and Southern Bulgaria, rain will fall, and snow will fall above 2000 meters. The maximum temperature at an altitude of 1200 meters will be around 11°C, at 2000 meters – around 4°C. It will blow to a moderate northwesterly wind. The danger of avalanches remains high.
Weather on the Black Sea
On Thursday night, the clouds will remain scattered. A light to moderate northwesterly wind will blow. During the day, the cloudiness will be broken to sunny weather. Maximum temperatures will be between 19°C and 22°C. We expect the sea water temperature to be around 11-12°C. The excitement of the sea – up to 1-3 points.
The weather in the Balkans
And in the coming days, the atmosphere over Bulgaria, Romania and Greece will stabilize. By noon, the weather will be sunny or partly cloudy in many more places. In the afternoon, rain and thunderstorms are expected in isolated places, but their intensity will gradually decrease in area. Temperatures in the Balkans will rise.
