‘We have been back since December 2 and we had to do everything in secret until today. Mega exciting and funny, but at a certain point the fun was gone’, writes Thomas about the first few months of the early love between him and Merel. “Then I also realized that I was going to miss it, so I have to enjoy it for a while.”

But since yesterday we all know: it is thick between the two. “Now it is finally allowed to be seen in public together,” Thomas says on Instagram. How did those sneaky dates go? ‘Together to Paris, Bremen and winter sports in Switzerland. Booking two different flights was a really bizarre thing to do.’

Thomas ordered a photo printer because he couldn’t have photos of them printed together at an official store. ‘And now and then a wig if you had to pick up or drop off’, he says in a photo series that also shows a photo of the couple with a hairpiece on the head.

The time for disguises is over. †Baby we made it† Now we can enjoy each other even more.’ The lovers also let friends and family celebrate Thomas’ thirtieth birthday at a holiday destination.
