The iconic luxury hotel Preferred Hotels & Resortsthe world’s most exclusive collection of independent hotels, is more than ready to offer its most luxurious afternoon tea, set against the backdrop of the Big room of the complex and as protagonists the tea set and glassware signed by Baccarat.

The menu of this luxurious experience includes ingredients of the highest quality such as caviar, lobster, truffles, salmon, Iberian ham, Kobe meat and vanilla from Mascar.

The variety includes savory, sweet and different drinks, which will make you feel as if you were having tea in a real royal house.

Some of the delights on the menu at this Baccarat Hotel New York experience include the Lobster Tartlet with Yuzu, Kobe Beef Tartare on Baked Potato, Fig Almond Lavender Cookie, Religieuse (white chocolate milkshake ganache filled with of cherry jam) and warm homemade scones with Devonshire cream and seasonal preserves.
