What rates can professionals expect in Germany? The website forsal.pl prepared a list, citing data from the Federal Statistical Office:
— Mechatronics 47 104 euros/r (bad);
— Plumbing, heating, air conditioning 43 777 euros/r (bad);
— Metalworking 42 533 euros/r (bad);

The average salary in Poland still differs significantly from that in Germany. As we wrote in Business Insider, the average salary that a full-time employee in Germany recently earned is 4,105 euros, i.e. over 18 thousand. zloty. Data refer to 2022. Earnings in Germany
Even if wages in shortage occupations are generally rising – i.e. regardless of qualifications – higher qualifications generally translate into higher employee earnings. Anyone who has completed vocational training can count on average about EUR 700 more per month than a colleague without experience, i.e. EUR 3,521 gross (over PLN 15.7 thousand).
According to German media, the gap between earnings in eastern and western Germany still exists and is even growing. In the west of Germany, people earn on average PLN 13,000 less than euro per year (over PLN 57,000) more than in the east.
According to the Dehoga industry association, German hotels and restaurants are currently missing over 65,000. employees, and the premises shorten their opening hours and switch from waiter service to self-service. To counteract staff shortages, Germany needs 1.5 million immigrants per year, economics expert Monika Schnitzer recently stated. Specialists do not necessarily need to know German.
