Avangard scored the winning goal against SKA after the puck bounced off the referee
The winning goal of Avangard in the match with SKA turned out to be curious.
On the 56th minute, with the score 4:4, the defender of the St. Petersburg team Alexander Nikishin in his zone came under pressure from Omsk forward Sergei Tolchinsky. The hockey player tried to throw the puck out of the zone, but it hit the judge’s skate. Forward “Vanguard” Alex Broadhurst picked up the puck and, moving forward, powerfully threw it into the top corner of the goal.

Recall that in Omsk, at the G-Drive Arena stadium, the next match of the Fonbet Championship of the KHL season 2022/2023 ended, in which the local Avangard hosted SKA. The meeting ended with the victory of the hosts with a score of 5:4 (1:2, 2:1, 2:1).
