Windows 10 version 21H2 and Windows 11 version 21H2 should be released in the month of October as an optional update and by the way, a new patch has already arrived on the Internet to prepare computers for this release. This patch which has the code name KB4023057. It is in fact a patch that you must install if you want to upgrade to Windows 11 or the new version of Windows 10.

This type of patch has been released several times by Microsoft in the past and more specifically since 2018. It is a small download whose main objective is to make the update process easier by solving potential problems with the Windows registry and the operating system itself.
The support document says that this patch was modified on August 18th and has already started reaching users this week. Looking at the type of update it is possible to apply this new feature without any problems.
KB4023057 comes with Microsoft Update Health Tools that allow you to repair the registry or disable settings that are having problems. However, it also has the ability to compress files to make room for upcoming updates. However, if a file or folder is improved by this update, it appears with two blue arrows in the profile folder.
In fact, Microsoft does very well in releasing these patches that allow for smooth updates. Of course, they are not an absolute guarantee that everything will go well. However, they solve many situations for those who do not have major problems.
However, there is an interesting detail. So this patch will only appear if it is needed for your computer.
Remember that Windows 10 version 21H2 should arrive in October along with Windows 11 and is already available for those who are registered as an insider.
How to download this version?
In the search menu start typing Windows Insider as the image below reveals. Then under Windows Insider Program Settings click April.
In the meantime, in the window that appears, click on intro.
Then click on the link to an account option. However, next you will have to choose which account you want to associate.
This must be the account you used to join the Windows Insider program. So you can see how you can do it below. When asked to choose a channel, in this case, choose Version Preview Channel.
And then you see it’s relatively simple! Note that these are versions preview and as such may still be subject to some bugs!
What’s New in Windows 10 21H2 Release?
The new version comes with many improvements. So right from the start, Microsoft activated the WPA3 H2E wireless connection standards. That is, more security. In fact, the level of protection is much higher compared to the previous version.
