Of stricter German rules apply from Tuesday, because our neighboring country has again designated the Netherlands as a ‘high-risk area’. This is because the number of corona infections in our country has been above the critical limit for Germany for some time: 200 per 100,000 inhabitants. In Germany itself, the number of infections is around 15 per 100,000 inhabitants.
There are also exceptions to the test obligation, for example for people who have been fully vaccinated (i.e. who have already had two vaccinations against corona) or who have been cured of corona. For them, proof of vaccination or cure is sufficient.
This proof must be uploaded to the Federal Republic’s entry portal at einreiseanmeldung.de. The proof itself must be able to show people at the border.
