The deadline for its presentation is 20 days from the date of publication of the INPS message with the relative instructions. This is valid until 9 July.
Attention because the application for a review for the € 2,400 bonus expires on 29 July
After this date, the 20 days run from the day on which the interested party became aware of the refusal of the application. But be careful, because the review application for the € 2,400 bonus expires on July 29th!
First of all, the request for review can be presented by workers who are not incompatible with the requirements of the legislation. These are different for each category included in the € 2,400 support measure.
In general, the requirements include the absence of ownership of an employment relationship as of March 24, 2021. Furthermore, the absence of a permanent employment relationship or a contract occasional self-employment. Finally, there are other specific incompatibilities by category and with other support measures.
How to submit your request for review
Let’s see, at this point, how to do the question for review. It can be presented via the INPS portal or a specific e-mail box.
In particular, the interested party must access his reserved area on the portal INPS and select the item “results”. This is found in the section in which the application “Covid 19 indemnity. Bonus € 2,400 2021 Support Decree” was submitted.
At that point, thanks to a special feature, we will see the reasons for the rejection of the application. Therefore, if it is considered that they are unfounded, we will propose the re-examination, attaching the necessary documents.
Another way to send the necessary documentation is the dedicated e-mail box, which is [email protected].
