According to the letter issued by Santa Tecla, the request lies in the lack of availability to use the Las Delicias sports venue, which will be occupied by extra-sports activities, to this is also added that the white team leadership agreed to be local this Sunday in the Cuscatlán stadium, so in the absence of authorization at that time both institutions already had an agreement awaiting federation approval.
