ASUS has unveiled its most powerful version of the Radeon RX 6900 XT graphics accelerator. The Radeon RX 6900 XT ROG Strix LC features a hybrid, maintenance-free liquid cooling system. We have already seen a similar performance in the Radeon RX 6800 XT model from the same manufacturer.
ASUS did not disclose the technical characteristics of the new product, but it is known that the video card is equipped with three 8-pin connectors for additional power, indicating its high potential for manual overclocking.

The equipment of the new items includes a standard set of video outputs from two DisplayPort 1.4 interfaces, one HDMI 2.1 and one USB Type-C.

ROG Strix LC graphics cards feature a maintenance-free liquid cooling system, which includes a 240mm aluminum radiator connected to the full coverage water block on the graphics card via two 600mm coolant pipes.

The external heatsink is cooled by two fans, each of which uses a set of a pair of cables – one for power and one for RGB lighting. Additional cooling of the video card components is provided by a tangential fan.

The manufacturer plans to release the Radeon RX 6900 XT ROG Strix LC on sale before the end of this year. Unfortunately, ASUS did not disclose the cost of its new product. But, most likely, it will be noticeably higher than the recommended cost of the reference version of this graphics accelerator, which, recall, is $ 999.
