According to the company’s official Discord, internal testing has shown that the microSD card slot may malfunction or fail under certain heat load conditions. Currently, in order to mitigate the impact on the microSD card slot, we are preparing an update that will adjust the fan rotation speed at the lowest and standard times while suppressing noise.
Regarding this matter, some users have pointed out problems, but this time, the results of the official investigation have been shown again. For users who have already experienced problems, they are instructed to contact customer service in each region.
