The management at NTNU and Øyvind Eikrem have today entered into a settlement which means that the dismissal case against him will be closed. Eikrem resigns from his permanent position as associate professor at the Department of Social Work.
–On Wednesday and Thursday this week, the NTNU board considered the dismissal case against associate professor Øyvind Eikrem. The photo was taken on another occasion, in connection with an interview in Adresseavisen.

NTNU Rector Anne Borg had recommended that Øyvind Eikrems should be fired. This happened after the employment committee at the faculty earlier this year decided to dismiss him.
