President Nicolas Holveck wants to find stability
During this entire period of incessant changes on the bench, ASNL went from relegation from L1 to L2 to the fight to avoid falling to N2. A long descent into hell which explains why the new president Nicolas Holveck had confided, in the columns of our newspaper, his desire to finally work over time, before the match against Sochaux, at the very beginning of November: “I have always advocated stability for the coach, when the competence is there, and I know that this is indeed the case with Benoît. It’s something that pays off in the long term. I also remind you that the club is coming out of a turbulent period, with many changes of coaches. It is stability that ASNL needs today.”
The continuation of the poor series (eight matches without a victory in all competitions with only two goals scored) prompted Nicolas Holveck to lay off the former Blue despite everything, this Wednesday.
