The Turkish Minister of Health talked about the results of the examined patient in the hospital in Rize, northern Turkey, who is suspected to be infected with Coronavirus.
Health Minister Fakhruddin Kuja said in comments posted on Twitter, according to the translation of Turkey now, that the patient, who was being monitored in a hospital in Rize, was infected with a seasonal flu and that the Corona virus was not observed in the tests conducted.
He explained that the tests of the patient who had been under observation in Rizeh Governmental Hospital on suspicion of being infected with Corona virus were completed. “According to the results of the samples that were examined in the Ankara National Virus Laboratory, it was found that the patient has a seasonal flu, and not a Coronavirus, and accordingly, our patient will be discharged today from the hospital,” he said.
