Artists from Chile are presented at Sala Nattino de la Apech – La Discusión

This Friday afternoon the “Plural” exhibition was inaugurated in Santiago, which brings together the work of about thirty artists from the Ñuble Region. The exhibition was set up in the Santiago Nattino Room of the Association of Painters and Sculptors of Chile thanks to an alliance that the entity maintains with the Art Market Room.

The artists presenting their works from yesterday until April 16 are: Raúl Parada, Pedro Thomas, María Nella Hellman, Juan Carlos Álvarez, José Bustos Barra, Alejandro Landaeta, Catalina Uyarte, Christian Zamora, Luis Rodrigo Saavedra, Marjolaine del Pino , Marcia Tejerina, Ester Méndez, Nicolás Lagos, José Agustín Córdova, Wilson Eduardo, Juan Marco, Andrés Moyano, Oscar Meneses, Mónica Cisterna, Patricio Baeza, Jssica Reyes, Eduardo Fariña, Gloria Pavez, Luciano Venegas, Rocío Amor, Guido Solar, Barbara González, Cristian de la Fuente, Diego Fuentes, Pablo Garay,

Alex Chellew, president of Apech, spoke with La Discusión about Ñuble’s proposal. “It seems to me assorted, in the sense that all plastic languages ​​are there, which is good. It shows a pictorial overview of what is in Chillán, it is a very good selection. The alliance with the Sala de Arte Mercado began a while ago, but this is the first time that an important group from Chillán has come, we are interested in the room being used by artists from the regions”, he indicated.

For his part, the person in charge of the Arte Mercado Gallery, Víctor Sepúlveda, personally traveled to Santiago yesterday to be part of the inauguration. “This is a new effort by our room to publicize what is done in Ñuble and provide an important showcase for artists,” he said.

“We have that mission, without going any further, this Friday the exhibition of Óscar Meneses was inaugurated in Germany, in the Sala Arauco in Nuremberg, for which we are tremendously happy. This is the second collective exhibition of artists from Ñuble at the Dante de Talcahuano Cultural Center. We are making more alliances to promote local art”, said Víctor.
