Books – Marwan Al-Tayeb:
The artist, Ahmed El-Tohamy, published a post on his official Facebook account, in which he revealed a misunderstanding that occurred after announcing earlier that he had stolen the idea of the movie “Taj”, starring Tamer Hosni, from him.
Tohamy published the post, saying: “Important clarification: I would like to clarify the misunderstanding that occurred regarding my post that I wrote regarding the movie (Taj), which I understand wrongly, because any need I wrote on my page must be clarified and responded to on my page. I did not intend to direct any offense or attack.” On the star Tamer Hosni or on the family of the film Taj or on the production company. As evidence, I said Tamer my brother and my love, but all I thought was that I said that my idea could be circulated in the artistic community without knowing any party that it belongs to me, and that Tamer and the filmmakers did not know anything about it my idea”.
And he continued, saying, “And this is what I explained to everyone. I wanted to say that I had the precedence in presenting the same idea of the super twin to other production companies, and it was not implemented..But Tamer is creative and clever, and the ideas may be similar, but the approach and presentation are different. I am a fan of Tamer very much on a personal and artistic level.” And the human being because he is successful and a respectable person.”
And he ended the post by saying, “Thank you to the producing company, especially Mr. Ahmed Badawi, for his interest and communication with me, and I explained my words to him, and he assured me that there is no similarity between my story (Behind x Discord) and the story of the movie (Taj), neither in handling nor subtraction, and that the Taj movie is completely different, even in form. The drama of the supernatural twin..and all the best for the Taj movie family, and I have nothing but love, brotherhood and respect for the entire Taj movie family..
With my sincere apologies for the misunderstanding of Tamer Hosni and his fans.
