It has been reported that Arsenal have made an official offer for Leeds star Raphinha.
The Brazilian international was heavily linked with a move to Barcelona, however financial complications at Camp Nou reportedly scuppered that deal.

In recent days, the Gunners have received suggestions to sign Raphinha and Athletics reports that they have contacted Leeds, indicating their intention to sign him.
The report adds that an offer has been made, however Los Blancos are expected to reject it as it falls far short of the standard of their evaluation of Raphinha.
It’s unclear how much Arsenal offered for Raphinha, but talkSPORT’s Simon Jordan warned that they will have to pay “top price” to get the player.
The former Crystal Palace owner said: “He is a good player… he is a very, very talented footballer. He is the same gender type as Riyad Mahrez.
“If Leeds are going to be forced into a situation where they have to sell it, they have to pay a lot of money.
“I would like as much as possible. If they offered £50m I would like £70-80m.

– Raphinha has not directly asked for a transfer but has previously spoken of his desire to play European football.
“I want them to work as hard as they can … and make sure they don’t get anything from me that vaguely resembles what they thought a deal was.”
Raphinha, who has also been linked with Chelsea and Tottenham, enjoyed two fine seasons at Elland Road after scoring 17 Premier League goals in 65 top-flight appearances.
Leeds are understood to be sensitive to the player’s ambition and do not expect him to sign a new contract, which expires in June 2024.
The player did not directly request the transfer, however, he has already spoken about his desire to play in European football.
Arsenal have already made three signings this summer after closing deals for defender Marquinhos, goalkeeper Matt Turner and midfielder Fabio Vieira.
