Foreign Secretary Marcelo Ebrard announced the 10 counties that sell the most weapons to organized crime in Mexico during the High-Level Security Dialogue in the United States.

Ebrard showed a second map revealing the 10 U.S. counties with the highest gun sales to organized crime, including the arms shops sued by Mexico in Arizona.
