Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Stock Exchange said that the end of the right in the Telecom Egypt coupon for the shareholder until April 15.
The stock exchange announced in a statement today, that the coupon is to be paid at 25 piasters per share, starting from April 22.
The general assembly of Telecom Egypt approved the distribution of a cash coupon to shareholders by 25 piasters per share for 2019.
It is noteworthy that the company achieved a net profit during the year of about 4.4 billion pounds, compared to a net profit of 3.3 billion pounds during the past year.
She stated that sales revenue increased by 13 percent, to reach 25.805 billion pounds last year, compared to 22.77 billion pounds during the previous year.
On the independent business level, the company’s profits during the same year increased by 334.69 percent, to record 5.44 billion pounds, compared to 1.25 billion pounds in 2018.
