Apprentice seminars | Cooking Club Gastronom Hamburg

In winter, the Hamburg cook apprentices are sent to their final exams. For many, one and a half years of Corona means a lack of experience in the training kitchens and thus also the opportunity to put the theory they have learned into practice. That is why the Kochklub Gastronom Hamburg is running an initiative in October and November together with Hamburg chefs to prepare for the practical exams.

From soups and juices to fish and various challenging main courses to desserts, the cooking club again offers the trainees five exciting free seminars. Each seminar is implemented in accordance with the applicable safety and hygiene measures. The seminars take place in the Reismühle kitchen and with intensive support from the vocational school for the hotel, catering and food trade BS 03 as well as our partners from the supplier industry.
