After eight months of the corona crisis, it is painfully clear that the virus is not only making victims in hospitals. Specialists with whom you make an appointment yourself – dermatologists, ophthalmologists, dentists, gynecologists – say that they do not see some patients for too long. “I have patients who got blind because they didn’t take their eye drops for too long.” But the patients themselves run into waiting lists of months. And nobody benefits from that.
